摘要
长期以来,同行评议是期刊质量控制的一个重要机制,同时也引发大量的讨论,讨论主要集中于以下5个方面:(1)同行评议的主要形式(主要包括双盲评议、单盲评议、开放式评议)以及各自的优缺点;(2)两种审稿流程(编辑负责制和编委负责制)是如何进行同行评议的以及各自的优缺点;(3)同行评议的不足;(4)现代技术进步给同行评议带来的挑战和帮助;(5)同行评议是否可以放弃。文章对此进行综述,以期使人们更全面地认识同行评议过程,帮助各个期刊选择更适合自己情况的评议形式和流程,尽量规避评议的不足。
Peer review is an important mechanism to ensure the journal quality for a long time. At the same time, there are many discussions on peer review. The discussions focus on fi ve aspects: the main forms of peer review and each form s' advantages and disadvantages; how to carry out the two kinds of the peer review processes and their advantages and disadvant ages; the disadvantage of peer review; the challenge and help from the modern technology to peer review; if peer review pr ocess could be abandoned. Through the literature review, the paper shows an overall understanding on peer review, helps the jo urnals to select the forms and mechanism of peer review according their own situation and offset the shortcomings o f peer review.
