学术期刊的选题策划是学术研究规律、学科发展和实践发展以及学术期刊发展的必然要求。选题策划是一个系统工程,包括内部建设、学术前沿调查、构思选题、稿件组织、编辑修改稿件和刊后检验等环节。
The plan for selecting topics for academic periodicals mirrors the requirements for academic study, disciplinary construction, academic practice as well as the development of periodicals. As a systematic project, the plan involves self-construction of periodicals, academic frontier investigation, conception of the topics, organization of academic articles, edition and revision of manuscripts and check after publication.
