摘要
《报纸期刊出版质量综合评估办法(试行)》《全国报纸期刊出版质量综合评估指标体系(试行)》的相继出台,表明国家新闻出版管理部门已明确地将出版质量综合评估的结果作为期刊优胜劣汰的依据,这将会对我国期刊业带来前所未有的重大影响。有鉴于此,文章提出了在期刊出版质量综合评估过程中重点解决的期刊分类问题,给出了期刊评估方式、方法建议,介绍了计算机网络技术在期刊评估中的应用,为期刊出版质量综合评估工作的全面开展提供借鉴。
From the Newspaper and Periodical Publishing Quality Assessment Approach（Trial）to the National Newspapers and Periodicals Publication Quality Evaluation Index System（Trial）, the policies were approved to indicate the publication management department will take the publishing quality evaluation results as the survival of periodical, which will bring unprecedented great influence in periodical industry. In view of this, the paper presents the classification of periodicals in journal publishing quality evaluation, gives the periodical assessment methods, approaches, suggestions, and introduces the application of computer network technology in journal evaluation, in order to carry out a way to launch the periodical publication quality evaluation.
