摘要
采用电弧离子镀技术在炮钢表面制备NiCoCrAlYSi涂层,涂层在空气中950℃恒温氧化100h,借助XRD、SEM和EDS对涂层及氧化产物进行分析,研究其高温氧化行为。结果表明,包覆NiCoCrAlYSi涂层的炮钢极大的提高了其高温抗氧化性,涂层表面主要形成了连续、致密的α-Al2O3氧化膜,涂层氧化动力学曲线符合抛物线规律;同时,由于电弧离子镀涂层存在的针孔缺陷,O2会进入到涂层内部,并在针孔内和涂层与炮钢基体的界面反应形成富Al的氧化物。
NiCoCrAlYSi coatings were prepared on gun steel substrate using arc ion plating technique,and the NiCoCrAlYSi coated specimens were isothermally oxidized at 950 ℃ for 100 h in air. The high-temperature oxidation behaviors of NiCoCrAlYSi coated gun steel were investigated by XRD,SEM and EDS. The results show that the NiCoCrAlYSi coated gun steel substantially increases the hightemperature oxidation resistance of the gun steel due to the continuous,compact α-Al2O3 scale forming on the NiCoCrAlYSi coating,and the oxidation kinetic curve of the NiCoCrAlYSi coating agrees with the parabolic law. Meanwhile,the O2 can diffuse into the coating due to the pinholes in the NiCoCrAlYSi coating,and then the Al-enriched oxide can form in the pinholes and at the interface between the NiCoCrAlYSi coating and the gun steel substrate.
