摘要
用电火花沉积技术在炮钢表面沉积Cr涂层,研究了涂层的硬度与摩擦磨损性能、高温抗氧化性及耐腐蚀性。结果表明:Cr涂层的硬度较基材提高了近50%,摩擦系数(0.22~0.27)明显小于炮钢的摩擦系数(0.78~0.86),磨损机制主要是微切削磨料磨损;Cr涂层在850℃氧化100h后仍具有优良的抗氧化性,其原因是Cr涂层表面生成致密的Cr2O3氧化物膜;在同一电极电位下,Cr涂层在3.5mass%NaCl溶液中阳极溶解电流密度降低近1个数量级。
A Cr coating was deposited on gun steel for gun barrels by electrospark deposition (ESD). The hardness, friction and wear of coatings were investigated and it was found that the hardness of the coatings increased approximately by 50 percent in comparison with that of the gun steel. The coefficient of steady-state friction of Cr coatings ranged from 0.22 to 0.27, with a lower value than that of gun steel which ranged from 0.78 to 0.86, and the wear mechanism in Cr coatings could be mainly characterized by micro-abrasive wear. The oxidation tests were performed at 850℃ for 100 hours and it was found that due to a dense layer of Cr2 03 oxide appeared to the coatings, the Cr coatings exhibited excellent oxidation at 850℃. The potentiodynamic polarization measurements showed that the corrosion current of Cr coatings was approximately an order of magnitude lower than that of gun steel in 3.5 mass% NaC1 solution.
