摘要
用连续CO2激光束处理了12.7mm烧蚀试验枪衬管,经实弹射击考核其抗烧蚀寿命比未经处理的枪管提高40%以上.借助扫描电镜(SEM)对射击后的枪管进行了解剖对比分析;结果表明:激光相变硬化层显著提高了膛面抗热-机械疲劳裂纹的扩展能力。
The liner tubes of ablation testing firearm were treated by continuous CO 2 laser beams. The shooting tests proved that the ablation resistance life increased by more than 40% compared with the untreated one. SEM results show that the laser hardening layer has better resistance to fatigue crack propagation and the cause is that plastic zone of crack front end around formed as overload has hindered cracks from propagating.
