摘要
深度传感器是一种复合型传感器,通过感受动作压力而提供深度信号。本文根据深度传感器的实际工作要求,设计了机械开关中波纹管组件中的波纹膜片,包括确定膜片的类型、确定膜片的材料、结构尺寸及加工工艺等。组装后,经测试能够较好地满足传感器的性能指标。
The depth transducer is a kind of compound sensor, which provides the depth signal through the action of pressure. Ac-cording to actual working depth sensor requirements, the corrugated diaphragm assembly in the bellows mechanical switch was de-signed, including the determination of the diaphragm type, the diaphragm material, structure size and processing technology. After assem-bly, tested to meet the sensor's performance better.
