波纹膜片是一种压有同心折皱的圆板,常见的有平面型波纹膜片、带大边边缘波纹的膜片及夹壳型波纹膜片等。波纹膜片优点突出,在各领域里广泛使用,是一种低压敏感元件,被广泛应用于传感器和精密仪器仪表中。文中介绍了描述波纹膜片的基本参数;阐述了膜片常用的设计方法并进行了圆弧形波纹膜片的设计。
Corrugated diaphgram is a kind of plate with concentric creases,which has many common types such as plane,large-edge ripple and shell.Corrugated diaphgram is used widely in many fields,especially in precision instruments and sensors as pressure sensitve elements.Many basic parameters and design methods of corrugated diaphgram were elaborated.One kind of corrugated diaphgram was designed in the article.
