摘要
利用ANSYS软件对焊接金属波纹管建模,划分网格,进行模态分析,求出其固有频率和振型,为波纹管的动态响应分析提供依据;同时利用理论公式计算出波纹管的固有频率,与利用模态分析计算出的固有频率进行比较,验证模态分析结果的可靠性.
Software ANSYS was used for modeling,meshing,and modal analysis of welded metal bellows.Its inherent frequency and mode of vibration were obtained,providing a basis for dynamic response analysis of the bellows.Mean time,the inherent frequency of the bellow was calculated by using theoretical formula,and then compared with inherent frequency calculated with modal analysis.Therefore,the reliability of the result of model analysis was verified.
