乳腺增生症端粒酶活性分析的临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探讨端粒酶活性表达在乳腺增生症中表达的意义及其与乳腺癌的关系。方法 应用PCR-ELISA法半定量及定性质检测根据Page标准分为三级的 5 2例乳腺增生症 (FCD) ,5例正常组织 (NVB) ,6例早期浸润性导管癌和 18例浸润性导管癌 (IDC)端粒酶活性。结果 端粒酶活性在乳腺增生症Ⅱ、Ⅲ级即有表达 ,测定值及阳性表达率高于正常组织 ,低于癌组织 ,按NVB、FCD1、FCD2 、FCD3 及IDC的顺序递增 ,Ⅱ与Ⅲ级差异具显著性 ,Ⅲ级与早期浸润性导管癌及浸润性导管癌差异无显著性。结论 端粒酶激活在乳腺癌癌前阶段 (不典型增生 )即发生 ,是癌变发生的早期事件。 Objective To investigate the implication of telomerase activity in the tissue of fibrocystic disease of breast and its relation with mammary cancer.Methods By using PCR-ELISA method,telomerase activity was determined in 52 cases of fibrocystic disease of breast(FCD)which was subdivided into 3 grades according to Page's criterion,6 cases of early invasive ductural carcinoma of breast (EIDC),18 cases invasive ductural carcinonma of breast (IDC)and 5 cases of human normal breast tissue(NVB).Results Telomerase activity was detected in FCD 2 FCD 3,and the positive rate increased in the sequence of NVB,FCD 1 FCD 2 FCD 3 EIDC,and IDC.The positive rate of tecomerase activity in FCD 2 was statisically different from that in FCD 3,and there was no significant difference between FCD 3 and EIDC,or IDC.Conclusion Telomerase activity can be detected in precancerous lesion.of breast cancer(FCD 3).
