摘要
目的 了解脂溢性角化病皮损中端粒酶活性的表达情况,探讨端粒酶与脂溢性角化病发病的关系.方法 采用端粒重复序列扩增文件--酶标法（TRAP-ELISA）检测30例脂溢性角化病和15例恶性黑素瘤以及15例正常皮肤组织中端粒酶活性的表达情况.结果 脂溢性角化病皮损端粒酶活性的表达与恶性黑素瘤皮损及正常皮损比较,其差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 脂溢性角化病皮损组织中端粒酶的阳性表达,提示端粒酶可能参与了脂溢性角化病皮损的增殖过程.
Objective To investigate telomerase activity of seborrheic keratosis and explore the relationship between telomerase activity and seborrheic keratosis. Methods Telomerase activity was detected using the modified telomeric repeated amplification protocol（ TRAP -ELISA） ）assay in 30 seborrheic keratosis and 15 melanoma and 15 normal lesions obtained through open biopsy or resection. Results Telomerase activity of seborrheic keratosis was significantly higher than＇that in the controls ,and this difference had statistical significance（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The findings suggest that telomerase activity should be associated with proliferation of seborrheic keratosis.
