乳腺增生症nm_(23)-H_1基因表达的定量研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨nm23-H1蛋白在乳腺增生症组织中表达的意义及其与乳腺癌的关系。方法应用免疫组化方法结合图像分析技术对根据Page标准分为三级的44例乳腺增生症(FCD)、5例正常乳腺组织(NMB)及28例乳腺浸润性导管瘤(IDC)的nm23-H1蛋白表达进行定量测定。结果nm23-H1蛋白表达率以乳腺增生症Ⅲ级(FCD3)最高,其次为FCD2和IDC组,最低为NMB组;nm23-H1蛋白含量按NMB、FCD1、FCD2、FCD3及IDC组的顺序递增,除FCDI与NMB组间差异无显著性外,其余相邻组间差异均有显著性。结论nm23-H1蛋白在不典型增生上皮中表达比癌组织更常见,nm23-H1蛋白过度表达可能是乳腺上皮不典型增生的一个特征。 Objective To investigate the implication of nm23-H1 protein expression in the tissueof fibrocystic disease of breast and its relation with mammary cancer. Methods By using immunochemical method and image analysis technique, nm23-H1 protein expression was quantitatively determined in44 cases of fibrocystic disease of breast (FCD) which was subdivided into 3 grades according to Page'scriterion, 28 cases of invasive ductural carcinoma of breast (IDC) and 5 cases of human normal breasttissue (NMB). Results The rate of nm23-H, protein expression was the highest in FCD3, followed byFCD2, IDC, FCD1, and NMB. The content of nm23-H1 was gradually increased in the order of NMB,FCD1, FCD2, FCD3 and IDC. Except the difference in mean nm23-H1 level between FCD, and NMBshowed no significant, the difference between the other close two groups was significant. ConclusionsThe expression of nm23-H1 protein is more often seen in the adenosis with atypical hyperplasia (FCD3and FCD2) than in the carcinoma. The overexpression of nm23-H1 protein might be a marker of adenosiswith atypical hyperplasia in cases of FCD.
