摘要
对紫花苜蓿种子(Medicagosativa)的化学成分组成及含量做了研究和分析,研究结果表明:紫花苜蓿种子的粗蛋白含量为31.63%,粗脂肪含量为9.85%。脂肪油中含有多种脂肪酸,不饱和脂肪酸总含量达40.13%。此外,紫花苜蓿种子中含有18种氨基酸和23种矿质元素,必需氨基酸含量达到40.57mg/g。因此,紫花苜蓿种子具有较高的营养价值和应用开发价值。
The chemical components of alfalfa(Medicago sativa) seed were studied and the results showed that the crude protein was 31.63% and crude fatty 9.85%. The total content of unsaturated fatty acid reaches 40.13%. In addition, there are 18 amino acids and 23 mineral elements in seed. The total content of essential amino acid reaches 40.57 mg/g.
