小茴香脂肪油中的脂肪酸分析

Analysis of Fatty Acids in Fennel Fruit Fat

摘要 本文对内蒙古托克托县种植的小茴香(Foenculum Vulgare Mill)经环己烷回流提取得到脂肪油后,再经过皂化和甲酯化反应处理后,利用气相色谱—质谱—电子计算机(GC-MS-DS)联用仪进行了分析。鉴别出脂肪酸及其衍生物24种,其中有辛烷酸等9种脂肪酸未见报道。另外,还对其脂肪油的部分理化值进行了测定。 In this study, fat is obtained by distillation form fruits of fennel plants growing in Inner Mongolia, the fat were analyzed by gas Chromatography—Mass spectrumetry (Gc—Ms). Twenty four compounds were identitied from the fat. Among them the octanoic acid, 15—methyl—hexadecanlic acid, 10—methyl—undecanoic acid, Tricosanoic acid, Hexaco—sanoic acid, Octadec—5—enoic acid, Octadeca—6, 9—deenoic acid, 9—oxo—nonanoic acid, 3—hydroxy—2—tetradelylocta—decanoic acid ect 9 compounds have not been reported in other researches. In addition, some physical and chemical quality of the fat were studied.
