摘要
本研究以紫花苜蓿为原料,进行了叶蛋白提取工艺的试验研究。由试验得出加热法提取叶蛋白的最佳工艺参数,为叶蛋白的商业化生产提供了条件。
Alfalfa(Medicagosativa)was used in this experiment as raw materials for extracting protein Results from the base of the experiment showed: the best parameter of Leaf Protein extraction technology from Alfalfa by the thermal method. This study could pay a foundation for deeply study of Leaf Protein extraction technology.
