摘要
教师的职业压力管理是学校管理的重要内容 ,进行教师职业压力管理首先要知悉教师职业压力的现状 ,其次是分析探究教师职业压力的来源 ,最后提出对策 。
Teacher professional pressure management is part of school management.In order to conduct teacher professional pressure management the present situation of teacher professional pressure should first be known,then,the source of teacher professional pressure be analyzed ,and finally put forward are corresponding countermeasures to ease teacher professional pressure.
