摘要
以贵州省民办中学为样本,分析了民办中学教师的职业压力现状,探讨了民办中学教师的职业压力源。调查发现,8 0%以上的民办中学教师面临着不同程度的职业压力,但职业压力水平一般。探索性因子分析显示,民办中学教师的职业压力主要源自六个方面,分别是职业期望及考试、人际与竞争、工作负荷、受重视程度、学生与领导、自我发展。据此提出了缓解民办中学教师职业压力的措施。
Take private secondary school in Guizhou province as samples, we analysis the teachers' occupational stress source. Investigation discoveries more than 80% of teachers of the private secondary school faced with different levels of occupational pressure, but level of occupational stress is general. Exploratory factor analysis revealed teachers' occupational stress of private secondary school mainly comes from six aspects, respectively is the Occupation expectation and examination, interpersonal and competition, work load, attention degree, students and leadership, self-development. This paper puts forward the measure of remission of private secondary school teachers' occupational stress.
