摘要
采用CCl4肝损伤模型建立小鼠急性肝损伤模型,测定各组动物血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)和天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)的活性,研究蚬精口服液对化学性肝损伤的辅助保护功能。结果表明,CCl4肝损伤模型组小鼠的血清ALT和AST均明显高于空白对照组(P<0.05),蚬精口服液在10 mL/kg.BW/d、20 mL/kg.BW/d(相当于人体推荐摄入量的10倍和20倍)剂量时,动物试验病理结果为阳性,表明其具有减轻化学性肝损伤小鼠肝脏的病理性损害的作用。蚬精口服液对CCl4性肝损伤有辅助保护功能的作用。
To investigate the protection function of corbicula oral solution's auxiliary which damages to the chemical properties liver,the mouse acute liver damage model was built by the CCl4 liver damage model.Each group of the animal blood serum alanin amino transferase(ALT) and the aspartic acid amino transferase(AST) of the activity was determined.Results showed that CCl4 liver damage model group mouse's blood serum ALT and AST were obviously higher than the blank control one(P<0.05).As the dosage of the corbicula oral solution at 10 mL/kg·BW/d,20 mL/kg·BW/d(are equal to human body recommendation amount of radiation 10 times and 20 times),the animal experimentation pathology result was a masculine gender.It was indicated that the corbicula oral solution had reduced the function which chemical properties liver damage mouse liver's pathology harms.The corbicula fine oral had the auxiliary protection function function to the CCl4 nature liver damage.
