墨旱莲全草、茎、叶提取液对肝保护作用的研究 被引量:19

摘要 目的:比较不同剂量墨旱莲干品及取材部位的乙酸乙酯提取物对肝保护作用的影响。方法:预先给予小鼠口服不同剂量的干品墨旱莲全草及相同剂量的茎、叶的乙酸乙酯提取物,连续7天。腹腔注射醋氨酚诱发小鼠急性肝损伤,测定血清中ALT、A ST的活性,同时制作小鼠肝组织光镜切片。结果:不同剂量的干品墨旱莲全草乙酸乙酯提取物均能不同程度地抑制醋氨酚诱发的SALT、SA ST升高,且随着剂量的增加而增强;在相同剂量(5g/kg)时,干品墨旱莲叶的乙酸乙酯提取物组与醋氨酚损伤组比较有非常显著差异(P<0.01),而全草组和茎组也使SALT和SA ST活性降低,但没有统计学意义(P>0.05);光镜下口服干品墨旱莲乙酸乙酯提取物组小鼠的肝组织损伤较醋氨酚损伤组小鼠也明显减轻。结论:墨旱莲的肝保护作用在5g^20g/kg范围内具有明显的剂量依赖性;相同剂量时(5g/kg)以干品墨旱莲叶的乙酸乙酯提取物的肝保护作用最显著。 Objective: To study the hepatoprotective effects of the extract ot ditterent parts and different dosages of Eclipta alba. Methods: Mice were injected with acetaminophen to induce the hepatic injury after treated with the ethyl acetate abstracts of Eclipta alba poured orally , then determined the changes of enzymes levels of the blood serum of ALT and AST and made hepatic tissue sections. The results of experimental mice were compared with injured by acetaminophen group. Results: It was indicated that the ethyl acetate abstract of Eclipta alba can significantly inhibit the elevantion of SALT and SAST and these protective effects were along with its dosages. Compared with the simple injured groud ,the same dosages of the ethyl acetate abstract of Eclipta alba's leaves was very significant difference (P〈0.01),Eclipta alba and Eclipta alba's petiol groud was no significant difference (P〈0. 05 ), Improvement in histology were observed obviously under the microscope among groups treated with oral abstract of changes of Eclipta alba. Conclusions: Eclipta alba have significant hepatoprotective effects in mice induced by acetaminophen and these protective effects were along with its dosages (5g-20g/kg) ; among all the abstracts of Eclipta alba (5g/ kg), the ethyl acetate abstract of Eclipta alba's leaves was most effective.
