摘要
目的:探讨葛根总黄酮对四氯化碳(CCl4)所致大鼠慢性肝损伤的保护作用,同时进一步探讨葛根总黄酮抗肝损伤可能的作用机制。方法:用CCl4制备慢性肝损伤动物模型。测定血清中天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)和丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、透明质酸(HA)含量,并观察肝组织形态学变化。结果:葛根总黄酮能显著降低CCl4所致大鼠血清AST、ALT和HA含量的升高(P(0.01);减轻对肝细胞的病理性损害。结论:葛根总黄酮对CCl4所致的大鼠慢性肝损伤具有一定的保护作用,其机制可能与清除氧自由基、抗脂质过氧化和抗纤维化有关。
Objective :To observe the protective effects of Radices Puerarire Total Flavone on carbon tetrachloride( CCl4 ) induced chronic hepatic injury of rats, and to explore its Possible mechanisms. Methods : chronic hepatic injury model was induced by CCl4. then the ac- tivities of aspartate transaminase(AST), alanine transaminase (ALT) and hyaluronic acid (HA) in blood serum were detected. Mean- while the pathology of the liver was observed with microscopy. Results ; Radices Puerarire Total Flavone significantly decrease the eleva- tions of serum ALT, AST and HA activities in chromic liver injuries induced by CCl4 in Wistar rats, The optical microscope results show : the fiber increasing and hepatocytes denaturation necrosis of high-dose and medium-dose treat groups are serious decreasing. Con- clusion:It is revealed that Radices Puerarire Total Flavone could prevent CCl4 from inducing chronic liver injury. The mechanisms are possibly related with inhibiting lipid peroxidation and scavenging oxygen free radicals.
