摘要
拟除虫菊酯杀虫剂属轴突毒剂,除直接作用于神经膜钠离子通道外,对生物体内酶有直接抑制作用。综述了拟除虫菊酯对昆虫、水生生物、哺乳动物体内ATP酶、乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)和抗氧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化酶、谷胱甘肽转移酶等生物酶的抑制程度与作用机理,最后对拟除虫菊酯酶抑制失活机理的影响因素与靶标酶的确定提出了见解。
As an axonal poison,pyrethroid insecticides not only have direct effects on the nerve membrane sodium channels,but also have inhibitory effects on the enzymes.The paper surveyed the inhibition and in vivo mechanism of pyrethroids on the ATP enzyme,acetylcholinesterase(AChE),antioxidative enzyme,glutathione peroxidase,and glutathione S-transferase of insects,aquatic organisms and mammals.At last,the paper puts forward views on the influencing factors of the deactivation mechanism and the determination target...
