摘要
民族的振兴靠教育,教育的振兴靠教师,教师是知识、文明、真理的传播者。然而,目前我国出现的教师职业倦怠的现象越来越突出,影响了教师队伍的稳定,有碍教育质量的提高。在对这种现象进行深入分析、剖析其倦怠原因的同时,着重提出扭转这一现象的几点策略。
The shriving of nation depends on education, and the shriving of education depends on teachers. Teachers are preachers of knowledge, civilization and truth. However, at present a phenomenon called 搕eachers?career tiredness?becomes more and more serious in our country. This destroys the stability of teacher group and hinders the improvement of teaching quality. This paper discusses this phenomenon, analyzes its causes and gives some suggestions to get rid of this phenomenon.
