摘要
对中国石化安庆分公司的常减压装置、催化裂化装置、延迟焦化装置进行低温余热回收节能改造。其方案为:增设1台低温余热热水站,收集各装置的低温余热,送气分装置使用。低温余热回收系统投用后,装置总能耗下降约200 MJ/t;在装置运行8 400 h的条件下,总经济效益为2 789万元。
Remoulding of low temperature waste heat reuse was performed in crude oil unit,catalytic cracking unit and delayed coking unit of Anqing Petrochemical Company.The project included the establishment of a heat water station,collecting waste heat from above units and transfering it to gas separation unit.After using heat water station,the unit total energy consumption decreased about 200MJ/t.The economic benefit was 27.89 million yuan for running 8400h.
