摘要
目前炼油企业低温热回收利用是降低能耗的一种重要手段[1]。扬子石化加氢裂化装置为了挖掘节能空间尽量回收低温热,利用Aspen Plus对尾油换热流程进行模拟分析,在此基础上提出了920单元DA912塔再沸器热源技术改造方案,达到了节能降耗的目的。每年可节约生产成本约423万元,经济效益显著。
