摘要
通过对丙酮氰醇装置的评价分析,采取了丙酮表扩程,调整反应pH值,控制结晶釜酸和水的加入量、制定平稳率考核等措施,严格控制各项工艺指标。结果表明,产品质量稳定,提高了装置产量及收率,降低了装置能耗,收率由97.6%提至97.9%,能耗由3125MJ/t降低至3097MJ/t。多产丙酮氰醇424 t/a,创造经济效益212万元/a。
TThrough evaluation analysis of the acetone cyanohydrin unit, measures were adopted, such as acetone instrumentrange-expanding, controlling acid addition and water addition into the crystal kettle, and formulating stable rate evaluation tostrictly control all the process indexes. After implementation of these measures, the product quality was stable, the production andyield of this unit had all-around improvement; the energy consumption was effectively reduced, the yield was increased from 97.6%to 97.9%, the energy consumption was decreased from 3125MJ/t to 3097MJ/t. the production of acetone cyanohydrin wasincreased by 424 t/a, and 2.12×106 Yuan RMB of economic benefit was created.
