摘要
炼油企业目前存在着大量的低温余热需要回收利用,介绍了炼厂低温余热回收利用的潜力、分布和存在的问题,以及目前低温余热的回收利用的2种主要形式—同级利用和升级利用。同级利用主要是加热工艺物流、原油灌区维温和热联合等;升级利用主要有低温余热发电、热泵技术、溴化锂吸收式制冷和其他利用方式。最后对炼油企业的低温余热的回收利用提出了一些建议。
At present, a considerable amount of low-temperature waste heat is needed to utilize in petroleum refineries. The potential, distribution and problems of recovery and utilization of low-temperature waste heat in petroleum refineries are introduced. Low-temperature waste heat utilization and upgrading utilization are two principle ways to recovery and utilize the low-temperature waste heat. The former mainly includes heating process logistics, crude oil irrigation area temperature-keeping and heat integration etc. The latter mainly consists of power generation with low temperature waste heat, heat pump, lithium bromide absorption refrigeration and other ways. Some suggestions for recovery and utilization of the low temperature waste heat are put forward in the end.
