摘要
目的:探讨中药复明片(Fumingpian)对原发性开角型青光眼(POAG)多焦视网膜电图(mf ERG)的影响以了解其对视功能损害的治疗作用。方法:对用药物或手术控制眼压≤2．99kPa (21mmHg)的原发性开角型青光限36例患者65只眼随机分为复明片治疗组(20例36只眼)和传统甲钴胺片治疗对照组(16例29只眼)。复明片治疗组给予复明片5片,每日三次,对照组给予甲钴胺片0．5 mg每日三次,都是30天为一疗程。治疗前及治疗三个疗程后,分别作一次mfERG检查。结果:与对照组比较,复明片治疗组患者mfERG N1波1环的波幅密度明显提高,与治疗前相比,N1波5环的峰潜伏期明显缩短,P1波1、2、5环的波幅密度均明显提高。结论:复明片对POAG患者具有较好的疗效,可以明显改善患者mfERG的峰潜伏期及波幅密度,可以作为评估POAG患者疗效的敏感方法。
Objective:To discuss therapeutic effict of Fumingpian (traditional Chinese medicine) on the visual functional damage of primary open angle glaucoma(POAG). Methods: Thirty-six patients with POAG[65 eyes of IOP<2. 99kPa (21mmHg) controlled bymedicine or operation] were divided into two groups at random: Fumingpian therapy group(20 patients> 36 eyes) and mecobalamin tablets contrast group (16 case, 29 eyes). The therapy group was given Fumingpian (Xi'an Beilin Pharmaceutical Co, Ltd. ) ,5 tablets tid, and the control group was given mecobalamin tablets,0. 5 mg tid. The mfERGs were recorded before treatment and after 90 days treatment in the patients with POAG. Results: Compared with the contrast group, amplitude density of the N1 wave 1 ring mfERG increased obviously in the therapy group. The peak latency of N1 wave 5 ring after treatment was shortened obviously, and the amplitude density of P1 wave 1,2,5 ring increased obviously. Conclusion: Fumingpian plays a good role in patients with POAG. It can shorten the peak latency of mfERG N1 wave, and increase amplitude density of mfERG N1 and P 1 wave. So the mfERG can be a method of sensitivity to evaluate the efficacy of treatment in patients with POAG.
