摘要
目的:研究复明片对硒性白内障的治疗作用。方法:给Wistar大鼠幼鼠注射亚硒酸钠复制白内障模型。实验分为模型组、治疗组Ⅰ和治疗组Ⅱ,未注射亚硒酸钠的同龄幼鼠作为空白对照组。定期观察各组动物晶状体混浊情况,实验结束时检测各组大鼠晶状体超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:治疗组Ⅰ和治疗组Ⅱ大鼠晶状体混浊程度均低于模型组,且晶状体SOD活性均明显高于模型组(P<0.05),而MDA含量则明显低于模型组(P<0.05)。结论:复明片对硒性白内障有较好的治疗作用。
Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of Fuming tablet on selenite-induced cataract of Wistar rats.Methods:The sodium selenite induced cataract rat model was established.The rats in the treatment group I andⅡ were administered with Fuming tablet,and the other control group was not injected with sodium selenite.Lens opacities were observed under slit lamp microscope in all groups on a regular basis.In addition,superoxide dismutase(SOD) and malondialdehyde(MDA) were measured at the end of the experiment in the lenses.Results:The activities of SOD in serum of the lenses in the treatment group I andⅡwere significantly higher than those in the model group(P<0.05).The level of MDA in serum in those groups were significantly lower than the cataractous lenses in model group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fuming tablet is effective in the treatment of selenite cataract of rats
