摘要 近年来国外在开角型青光眼遗传学方面的研究已取得显著进展,已确定了许多染色体位点与开角型青光眼发病有关,并且进行了相关基因的定位与克隆,以及其突变位点的分析,本文就开角型青光眼相关基因的研究进行综述。 Recently, the research of primary open-angle glaucoma （POAG） genetics has made great progress from abroad. Many chromosome locations hava been confirmed, and related genes were located and cloned, in addition, the mutation of related genes was analyzed. This paper reviews relevant gene study of POAG.
