摘要
通过绘制反应标准自由能与反应温度的关系曲线、Al-O-N和Cr-O-N两体系叠加热力学参数状态图,结合X射线衍射、扫描电镜分析,对具有耐热高强隔热特点的燃烧合成材料的相的形成原因进行了分析。该燃烧合成材料的主要成分为Al_2O_3及(Cr,Al)_2O_3固溶体,并含有少量的AlN、Cr,Al_8O_3N_6,Cr_3P。
