摘要
用CrO3、Al、Al2O3、NaF混合粉末,在空气中燃烧合成了具有优良性能的新型耐热高强隔热材料。研究了NaF加入量对燃烧合成过程、燃烧产物成分、结构和性能的影响,讨论了燃烧合成机理。实验结果表明该新材料耐火度大于1800℃,常温耐压强度为19MPa,600℃导热系数为0.76W/(m.K)。这种材料在耐热、隔热、耐磨等领域有应用前景。
A new kind of material with good heat-resistant, high-strength and heat-insulating properties was prepared by combustion synthesis with the mixing powder of CrO3, Al, Al2O3 and NaF in air atmosphere. The influence of the quantity of NaF on combustion synthesis process, phase composition and microstructure, and mechanical and thermal properties of the combustion synthesized products were studied. Reaction mechanism of combustion synthesis has been discussed. The results show that the materials have the following properties: refractoriness is higher than 1800℃, cold crushing strength is 19MPa, thermal conductivity at 600℃ is 0.76W/( m·K). The materials can be used in many aspects such as heat-resistant, heat-insulating and abrasion and so on.
