摘要
研究了加入稀释剂Al2O3和过量Cr2O3对Al-Cr2O3体系燃烧合成反应温度和加热速度对起始反应温度的影响。确定了既可获得金属陶瓷熔体又易于实现燃烧合成的体系成分。通过燃烧合成和控制熔体冷却条件的凝固技术合理结合,制备了Cr相颗粒细小均匀分布于陶瓷基体的Cr-A(lCr)2O3金属陶瓷,该金属陶瓷具有较好的抗高温氧化性能。
The effects of adding the diluents Al2O3 and excessive Cr2O3 on the combustion synthesis reactive temperatures, and effects of heating rate on initial reactive temperatures in Al-Cr2O3 system were investigated. The compositions of the system were determined to get easily synthesized cermets melt and accomplish combustion synthesis. Cr-Al(Cr)2O3 cermets with fine Cr particles uniformly distributed in ceramic matrix have been successfully produced by combination of combustion synthesis and solidification technique of controlling the melt cooling condition. The cermets have relatively good oxidization resistance.
