钙镁离子对垃圾渗滤液处理中微生物降解有机物的作用 被引量:5

Effects of Calcium and Magnesium Ions on Degradation of Organic Matter by Microorganisms During the Treatment of Landfill Leachate

摘要 钙离子和镁离子是微生物生命活动中必须的元素,但适量的钙镁离子对微生物才能产生有利影响,垃圾渗滤液中存在不同浓度的钙镁离子,因此,研究钙镁离子对垃圾渗滤液处理中微生物降解有机物的影响具有重要意义。该研究采用直接均分射线法设计3种不同钙离子和镁离子配比(L1、L2、L3);采用BiPhasic函数拟合试验数据绘制浓度和效应之间的关系曲线,并利用等效线图模型分析钙镁离子对垃圾渗滤液厌氧生物处理中微生物降解有机物的作用关系。结果表明,不同浓度配比的钙镁离子对微生物降解有机物的作用效应均表现为低浓度促进而高浓度抑制的特点,且当钙镁离子混合物浓度低于858 mg/L时,促进效应随钙离子含量增加而增大,当钙镁离子混合物浓度高于858 mg/L时,抑制效应则随钙镁离子混合物浓度及作用时间的增加而增大。等效线图模型分析表明,当钙镁离子配比为L1时,钙镁离子对微生物降解有机物的作用关系为协同作用;当钙镁离子配比为L2、L3时,钙镁离子对微生物降解有机物的作用关系均随着作用时间和作用效应的增加由协同作用过渡到部分加和作用,最终转变为拮抗作用。不同浓度配比的钙镁离子混合物对厌氧微生物降解有机物作用效应均具有时间依赖性。 Calcium ions and magnesium ions are essential elements in the activities of microorganisms.However,the appropriate amount of calcium and magnesium ions can have a favorable effect on microorganisms.There are different concentrations of calcium and magnesium ions in the landfill leachate.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the effect of calcium and magnesium ions on microorganisms in landfill leachate treatment.In this study,three different ratios of calcium and magnesium ions were designed by direct average ray method,which were L1,L2 and L3,respectively.The biphasic function was used to fit the experimental data and draw the relationship curve between concentration and effect.The effect relationship of mixtures of calcium and magnesium ions on anaerobic biotreatment of microorganisms degrading organic matter was analyzed using the isobologram model.The results showed that the effects of the mixture of different concentration ratios of calcium and magnesium ions on microorganisms degrading organic matter were all characterized as promoting at low concentration and inhibiting at high concentration.When the concentration of the mixture of calcium ion and magnesium ion was lower than 858 mg/L,the promotive effect increased with increasing calcium ion content.However,the inhibition effect increased with the concentration of calcium and magnesium ions and the action time.The analysis of the isobologram model analysis showed that when the ratio of calcium and magnesium ions was L1,the effect of the mixture on microorganisms degrading organic matter was synergistic.When the ratio of calcium and magnesium ions was L2 and L3,the effect relationship of the mixture on microorganisms degrading organic matter changed from synergistic effect to partial additive effect and finally turned into antagonistic effect with the increase of action time.
