摘要
克罗米芬是排卵障碍性不孕患者的一线促排卵药物,但其抗雌激素效应对子宫内膜的负面影响降低了临床妊娠率,如何改善这种负面影响成为提升克罗米芬促排卵后成功妊娠的突破口。该文通过对文献的解读,发现西医和中医均可通过增加子宫内膜厚度、改善子宫内膜类型分布及子宫血流灌注、调节子宫内膜容受性相关标志物的表达等多角度提高子宫内膜容受性,促进妊娠。现将中西医改善克罗米芬引起子宫内膜容受性下降的策略综述如下。
Clomiphene citrate is a first-line ovulation promoting drug for patients with ovulation disorder,but the negative effect of anti-estrogenic effect on the endometrium reduces the clinical pregnancy rate.How to improve the negative effects of clomiphene citrate has become a breakthrough to promote the success of pregnancy after ovulation.Through the interpretation of the literature,it is found that both Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine can improve endometrial receptivity and promote pregnancy by increasing endometrial thickness,improving endometrial type distribution and uterine blood flow perfusion,and regulating the expression of endometrial receptivity related markers.The strategies of improving the endometrial receptivity caused by clomiphene citrate in Chinese and Western medicine are summarized as follows.
