摘要
目的:研究思茅山橙枝叶的单萜吲哚生物碱类成分。方法:采用硅胶柱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱、MCI柱、RP-C18柱和Pre-HPLC等色谱方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及UHPLC-MS/MS、NMR等现代波谱技术以及与文献对比数据对分离得到的生物碱进行结构鉴定。结果:从思茅山橙枝叶中共分离得到16个单萜吲哚生物碱类化合物,分别鉴定为:quebrachamine(1)、cantleyine(2)、isogentialutine(3)、melodinine C(4)、melofusine C(5)、Δ;-vincanol(6)、O-methyl-vincanol(7)、scandine(8)、meloscandonine(9)、tabersonine(10)、11-hydroxytabersonine(11)、11-methoxytabersonine(12)、14,15-α-epoxy-tabersonine(13)、19-(R)-acetoxy-tabersonine(14)、tetrahydroalstonine(15)和(-)-eburnamenine(16)。结论:其中,化合物1、2、7、13和15为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of monoterpenoid indole alkaloids from the twigs and leaves of Melodious henryi.Methods:The compounds were isolated and purified by various chromatographical methods,including silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,MCI,RP-C18,Pre-HPLC.The structures were identified by physical and chemical properties,modern spectral techniques such as UHPLC-MS/MS and NMR,and comparison with the literature data.Results:Sixteen monoterpenoid indole alkaloids were isolated from the twigs and leaves of Melodious henryi and identified as quebrachamine(1),cantleyine(2),isogentialutine(3),melodinine C(4),melofusine C(5),Δ;-vincanol(6),O-methyl-vincanol(7),scandine(8),meloscandonine(9),tabersonine(10),11-hydroxytabersonine(11),11-methoxytabersonine(12),14,15-α-epoxy-tabersonine(13),19-(R)-acetoxy-tabersonine(14),tetrahydroalstonine(15),(-)-eburnamenine(16),respectively.Conclusion:Among them,compounds 1,2,7,13,15 are isolated from Melodious henryi for the first time.
