超高效液相色谱-串联质谱仪分析水中的微囊藻毒素LR和RR

Analysis of Microcystin-LR and Microcystin-RR in Water by Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography-tandem Mass Spectrometry

摘要 利用固相萃取和超高效液相色谱-串联三重四级杆质谱,建立地表水中微囊藻毒素的分析方法。采用甲醇和0.1%甲酸为流动相,微囊藻毒素-LR和RR在ACQUITY UPLC BEHC18柱上获得理想的分离效果;采用HLB小柱作为固相吸附载体进行固相萃取前处理,有效方便地去除了干扰。目标物在50~600μg/L范围内具有良好的线性相关性,微囊藻毒素-LR的检出限为0.017μg/L,微囊藻毒素-RR的检出限为0.015μg/L。 A solid phase extraction and ultra performance liquidchromatography-tandem triple quadrupole mass spectrometry were used to determine microcystins in surface water.The separation of Microcystin-LR and Microcystin-RR on ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18 column was achieved by using methanol and 0.1%acid as mobile phases.HLB column was used as solid phase adsorption carrier for solid extraction pretrectment,and the interference was removed effectively and conveniently.The linear correlation of the target was good in the rang of 50~600μg/L,The detection limits of Microcystin-LR and Microcystin-RR were 0.017μg/L and 0.015μg/L.
