思茅山橙中的吲(口朶)生物碱 被引量:8

摘要 从思茅山橙 Melodinus henryi Craib 的根和果中分得8个吲哚生物碱。根据理化性质和光谱分析,分别鉴定为它勃水甘草宁(tabersonine)(1),11-甲氧基它勃水甘草宁(11-methoxy-tabersonine)(2),洛柯日宁(lochnerinine)(3),Δ^(14)-长春曼胺(Δ^(14)-vincamine)(4),16-表-Δ^(14)-长春曼胺(16-epi-Δ^(14)-vincaminc)(5),Δ^(14)-埃那胺(Δ^(14)-eburnamine)(6),19,20-二氢-康狄卡品(19,20-dihydro-condylocapine)(h)和双吲哚生物碱 tenuicausine(8)。 The fruit of Melodinus henryi Craib (Apocynaceae) are used in folk medicine for the treatment of children meningitis and fractureetc.Eight indole alkaloids have been isolated from the roots and fruits of Melodinus henryi Craib by aluminum oxide and silica gel chro- matography.Seven of them Were identified as tabersonine (1),11-methoxy-tabersonine (2),lo- chnerinine (3),Δ^(14)-vincamine(4),16-epi-Δ^(14)-vincamine (5),Δ^(14)-eburnamine (6) and 19,20- dihydrocondylocapine (7).The other one,namely,tenuicausine (8),is a dimeric indole alka- loid.Their structures were elucidated by spectral and chemical methods.
