Methods: seventy cases with early diagnosis of lung cancer admitted to our hospital from September 2018 to September 2020 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The patients in the control group were given chest authorization. The patients in the two groups had good shoulder joint movement through comparison of uncomfortable symptoms caused by incision. Results: compared with the control group, the intraoperative bleeding times of the patients were significantly reduced (n < 0.05), the pain was significantly reduced (n < 0.05), the hospitalization time was significantly reduced (n < 0.05), and the discomfort was reduced (n < 0.05). Conclusion: for patients with early lung cancer, single-hole pleural surgery, compared with three-hole thoracoscopy has the advantages of less trauma, less bleeding, and rapid postoperative recovery, which is worthy of wide spread.展开更多
