鲁奇炉灰渣自动取样和拍照设备的雾气消除研究

摘要 某公司鲁奇炉灰渣自动取样和拍照设备在拍照过程中,由于取样和拍照设备内部的灰渣上方存在雾气,相机拍出的照片不清晰,导致智能系统识别分析率低。针对以上问题,分析了雾气产生的原因,通过建立灰渣取样流场三维模型,并运用数值有限元分析,证实了雾气存在的原因,并进一步提出了在自动取样和拍照设备上方盖子上开进气孔的改进方法。结果表明,通过在该设备的上方盖子上增加一个外径为400 mm的进气孔,利用鲁奇炉生产系统的负压,使设备内部形成流动状态,可以将设备内部的雾气有效消除。 During the photo-taking process of the automatic ash sampling and photographing equipment for Lurgi gasifier of a company,the photos taken by the camera were not clear due to the presence of mist above the ash and slag inside the sampling and photographing equipment,resulting in low recognitions and analysis rates of the intelligent system.To address the above issues,the causes of the mist were analyzed.A three-dimensional model of the ash sampling flow field was established,and numerical finite element analysis was used to confirm the reasons for the presence of mist.Furthermore,an improved method was proposed by opening a vent hole on the upper cover of the automatic sampling and photographing equipment.The results showed that by adding a vent hole with an outer diameter of 400 mm on the upper cover of the equipment and utilizing the negative pressure of Lurgi gasifier production system to create a flowing state inside the equipment,the mist inside the equipment could be effectively eliminated.
