摘要
选用8头70日龄的香猪,采用自身对照,5头置于0℃的环境中30min,于刺激结束时(0min)、结束后15min,30min和1h从前腔静脉采血;3头置于36.2℃的环境中1h,在刺激结束时、结束后1h和2h采血。用放射免疫分析法测定香猪血浆中的T3,T4和皮质醇的浓度。结果表明:冷刺激使香猪血浆的T3,T4浓度下降,其中T3在刺激结束时及结束后30min和1h的浓度和T4在刺激结束后1h的浓度显著低于对照期(P<0.05);皮质醇浓度在冷刺激结束时稍有升高(P>0.05),随后各阶段均显著高于对照期(P<0.05)。热刺激时,香猪血浆T3,T4浓度均高于对照期(P>0.05),T3先升高,然后下降又回升;T4先升高之后逐渐下降至一个低于对照期的稳定水平;刺激终止时皮质醇浓度显著升高(P<0.05),随后逐渐下降,2h后低于对照期水平(P<0.05)。以上结果显示:0℃及36℃的刺激均可影响香猪的甲状腺激素和皮质醇水平,调节机体的代谢水平,以适应外环境的改变。
Five 70-day-old mini-pigs were put in the cold environment (0℃) for half an hour and blood samples were collected via the superior vena cava 0, 15, 30 and 60 min after the treatment. Another 3 mini-pigs were exposed to hot environment (36.2℃) for an hour and blood samples were collected with similar procedure 0, 30 and 60 min after the treatment. Radioimmunoassay showed that in the cold stress treatment triiodothyronine (T_3) and thyroxine (T_4) in the plasma dropped significantly and cortisol content increased as compared with the control period. In the heat stress treatment, both T_3 and T_4 increased, though insignificantly; cortisol content was significantly higher than the control period, followed by a steady decline until it became lower than the control period 2 hours after the treatment. It is concluded that temperature stress, either 0℃ or 36.2℃ changed endocrine in mini-pigs.
