蛋鸡热应激及其调控的研究──高温对蛋鸡甲状腺素及生产性能的影响 被引量:5

摘要 本文研究了持续高温对甲状腺素及生产性能的影响规律,结果表明:未经历过热应激的210日龄北京红鸡在经连续的27~34℃/d的高温处理后,T4,T3水平先升后降。T4/T3转化率比例逐渐升高。伴随着甲状腺素的变化,蛋鸡生产性能前4d大幅度下降,而后又逐渐恢复到接近应激前的水平。北京红鸡在以上方面对热应激的习惯化过程为7d。其变化规律可视为选择调控热应激添加剂的理论依据。 he article was conducted to study the regular pattern of plasma thyroid and pro-ductivity in sustained high ambient tempreature. Result indicated:After Beijing Red layinghens at 210 days old which never experence heat stress were treated by 27~34℃ cyclic everydav in successsion. The level of T4,T3 and T4/T3 first increated then declined(P<0. 01)in 3~4 dnys, after 7 days they steadied at a new level or approach the level of before heat stress.With the changes of the laying hens productivity declined greatly in first 3~4 days(P<0. 01)and then restored to approach the level of before heat stress.The adaption course of Bei-jing Red laying hens is about 7 days.This change psttern will provide a theoretical basis for se-lection anti-heat stress additive.
