摘要
在当代日益进步的社会环境中,迫切需要加快我国社会改革与发展的步伐,全力构建人才成 长的社会环境氛围,才是社会发展的源动力,实现由人力资源大国到人才强国的转变是富国强民之本。
In this Developing society of science and technology, the traditional teaching of our country isn't effective in cultivating persons with ability. So it is very important to accelerate the step of teaching theory and revolution of practice, Protestant the view of teaching, modify traditional teaching method, cultivate more persons with ability in international competition, reach the destination of developing and strengthening our country with science.
