摘要
地方高校的科研除了具有科研任务的多重性、科研队伍的多层性、科研方向的多样性、科研内容的广泛性和物质条件的优越性等高校科研的一般特点外,还具有科研内容的地域性,科研目标的实用性,以及科研方式的封闭化,科研队伍的分散化和科研方向的短期化等特点,这是我们研究地方高校科研定位问题的出发点。地方高校科研只有从地方经济和社会发展的需求、地方历史文化遗产与资源的开发利用、学科交叉和渗透、优势科研方向等方面出发定位,才能形成自身的特色和优势,提升科研的竞争力。
The scientific research at local colleges/universities is multi-leveled in research tasks,multi-layered in research team,diversified in reserch directions ,broad in research content ,and superior in research conditions .Besides,the scientific research content is localived;the research objectives practical;the research method close-ended, the research power scattered;and the research directions short-termed.These are all the starting point for research fitting .Only by taking into account the demands of the local lconomic and social development,utilizing the local cultural heritage and resourlees,converging different disciplines and optimizing the research directions can they form their own characteristies and prestige and promote their research concpetitiveness.
