摘要
地方高校的科研工作具有科研内容的地域性,科研目标的实用性,以及科研方式的封闭化,科研队伍的分散化和科研方向的短期化等特点,这是我们研究地方高校科研定位问题的出发点。地方高校科研只有从地方经济和社会发展的需求、地方历史文化遗产与资源的开发、注重学科交叉和渗透、突出优势科研方向等方面出发,才能形成自身的特色和优势,提升科研的竞争力。
In addition to possessing the common characteristics of scientific research of all the universities, the scientific research of local colleges also characterized by the fact that its content is localized, that its objectives are pragmatic, that it is isolated from the outside, that the research forces are not united but dispersed, and that its subjects are short-termed. These characteristics are the starting point for us to study its orientation. Local colleges should start from the demands of local economic and social development, from the development of local historical and cultural heritages and natural resources, from the intersection of different disciplines, and from the dominant scientific subjects to decide the orientation of scientific research, Only by doing so can they from their own characteristics and advantages and promote their scientific research competitiveness.
