摘要
教育行动研究是最适合中小学开展的一种教育科研方式。它有利于解决理论与实践脱节的倾向 ,有利于改进学校工作 ,提高教育教学质量 ,也比较简单易行 ,因而为广大教师所欢迎。它的操作程序一般为 :诊断、学习、计划。
Educational Action Research is the most effective way of doing educational scientific research in the primary and middle school.It is beneficial for the settlement of sepration of theory and practice as well as the improvement of teaching work and quality.Besides because of its easy implementation,it is well received by all the teachers.Generally speaking,its operational Procedure is as fallouy:diagnosis,study,Planning,implementation and relection.
