摘要
一、引言 磷酸盐玻璃已广泛应用于光学、半导体和生物材料方面,但是磷酸盐玻璃的化学稳定性差,易风化,限制了它在某些领域中的应用。为此,许多学者正积极从事于磷酸盐玻璃化学稳定性的研究,我们也探讨了磷酸盐玻璃的风化机理及影响因素。离子注入是一种表面改性的方法,我们曾在硅酸盐玻璃中注入氮离子,研究了注入剂量对玻璃表面析钾量的影响。本文拟在磷酸盐玻璃中注入不同剂量的锆离子,研究对表面析碱量、风化形貌及风化层厚度的影响。
The amount of 1×10^(16)、5×10^(16) and 1×10^(17)ions/cm^2 (60keV) of ziroonium ions were implanted in samples of P_2O_5-Al_2O_3-B_2O_3-MgO-K_2O glasses respectively at room temperature. Accelerated weathering tests on implanted and unimplanted glasses were made under static conditions of relative humidity 75% at 60℃ for 10 days. The implanted and unimplanted samples after weathering were measured by IRRS、XPS、SEM and AAS. The experimental results show that a protective film of zirconia after weathering was formed at the glass surface of the sample implanted with Zr^+ therefore the weathering rate should be reduced.
