用XPS研究氮离子注入对硅酸盐玻璃风化的影响

摘要 本文以SiO_2-PbO-K_2O玻璃为样品,在室温下分别注入1×10^(16),1×10^(17),6×10^(17)和1×10^(18) ions/cm^2的N^+离子,注入和未注入的样品一起在70℃、75%RH下风化10d;用XRS研究各样品的Si_(2p),O_(1s),Pb_(4f7/2),和K_(2p3/2)的结合能,FWHM和相对原子比;并将O_(1s)分解为O_b,O_(nb)和O_f。结果表明,注入N^+离子的样品在风化后O_b的浓度高于未注入的样品,而O_(nb)和O_f低于未注入的样品,说明注入N^+离子的样品风化后表面结构破坏减轻,与用原子吸收测定风化后表面析钾量的结果是一致的。 In this paper, the effect of nitrogen in implantation on weathering of SiO,--PbO--K,O glass has been studied by XPS. The samples are implanted with N+ ions at dose rate of l x l0le, l x l0l7, 6 x l0l' and l x l0l8 ions / cm2 at room temperature and exposed to 70 t, 75% RH for l0 days. The binding energy of Si2r, O,,,, Pb4/ 7 /2 and K2, 3/ 2, ful1 width at half maximum intensity (FWHM) of Si2, and O,. and relative ratio of atom of samples are measured. Ol, spectra are analyzed to give the spectra of bridging oxygen (Ob), non--bridging oxygen (O.b) and free oxygen (Of). The results show that after weath- ering the concentration of Ob of implanted samp1es is more than that of unimplanted sam- ple, but the concentration of O,b and Of of implanted samples is less than that of unimplanted samp1e. This indicates that the damage on the surface structure of glass after weathering is reduced by nitrogen ion implantation. The result agrees with the measurement of the amount of potassium generated on the surface of weathered samples by atomic absorption spectrophotometer.
