摘要
文章综合了权威研究结果 ,结合最新而详实的统计数据 ,直观反映我国科研绩效与国外的差距 ,指出论文质量低、技术创新能力弱、科技政策与知识产权法律不协调。
The article has summarized the results of the research done by the authority,with the latest and detailed statistic data,disclosed the scientific research performance difference between our country and foreign countries directly,this situation is mainly caused by the poor quality of the theses,weak ability of technology innovation,the inconsistent between the policy of science and technology and the laws of intellectual property and the incomplete marketing system.
