摘要
文章以统计资料为基础,对科技期刊及其自然科学学报学术评价的科学性和客观性进行了分析讨论,认为对期刊学术质量的认定,尤其是对高校自然科学学报来说,一定要实事求是科学客观地看待,不能绝对化,只有这样才能作出正确的学术定位,从而促进期刊健康地发展。
On the basis of analysis and statistics of evaluating academic values of university sci-tech journals, it is pointed out that the scientific and objectivity have to be considered in the process of journal evaluation. Also this is the fundation for the sustainal and health development of sci-tech journals.
