摘要
通过对微酸性与碱性锌镍合金电镀与和它配套转化膜技术试验,并经长期生产实践检验和改进,研制了抗蚀性比锌层≥5倍,比镉层≥3倍的实用性电镀与精饰工艺。该含镍≤8%的低镍合金呈银白色光亮柱状结构,电位介于锌与铁之间,镀后机加工性能良好。钝化膜色泽呈光亮五彩色或军绿色。黑色转化膜黑度高,耐蚀性优异。
A practically applicable Zn-Ni alloy plating process and its finishing technology were devel- oped throngh experiments,Long—term prodnction practice and improvements to the acidulous and alkalinous Zn—Ni alloy plating and their associated chemically transformed films. The corrosion resistance of the newly developed Zn—Ni plating film was 5 times higher than that of the Zn film,and 3 times higher than Cd film.The alloy film,which contains no more than 8 percent Ni,is of silver brightness and column texture.The potential of the alloy is between Zn and Fe.The plating film is of good finishing property.The transformed film is of a bright colour or greenish brown.While the black transformed film is dark—black and of excellent corrosion re- sistance.
